Refund policy

At Vedavan, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We maintain transparency and fairness in all returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (natural and consumable), we only accept returns if:

·         You received the wrong product, or

·         The product was damaged, leaked, or tampered with upon delivery

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing social@vedavan.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
